Haris Ibrahim ran a live update of the proceedings at the Federal Court appeal against the release of Raja Petra from ISA detention.

According to Malaysiakini, the hearing has been postponed to Monday, 23rd February, extending RPK's freedom for another week.

At 1.30pm, Justice Augustine Paul's offer to recuse from the proceedings was REFUSED. So it's back to 3 judges.
